A bar re-launch party was held on Friday 19th May 2017 and so far the changes have been well received by regular customers and locals alike.
We are very proud of what has been achieved and hope newcomers and those who haven’t been for a while will come and have a look at the changes we have made. Many view the Plum Pudding as an upmarket restaurant but we are in fact very reasonably priced because as a Freehold we are able to keep prices competitive due to not being tied in to suppliers.
We have a bar and a restaurant so you can choose whether you want to eat or simply relax with a drink, which doesn’t need to be alcoholic as we do great tea and coffee too, which makes us an ideal venue to visit any day of the week and not just for special occasions.
All our food is home-made and freshly prepared, which means we can easily cater for all dietary requirements, so if you haven’t been for a while we are definitely worth another look. Although our menu is predominantly Italian we offer an excellent Sunday Roast which a choice of pork, beef or lamb and on other days for those who are not adventurous with food we are sure we can find something on our extensive menu to meet your needs.
We do great steak, salmon and seabass and in June our Tapas menu will be back again for the summer. Weather permitting you can unwind outside and relax whilst watching the canal boats go by. If you are still not sure then please check out our reviews on TripAdvisor by clicking on the logo below.
