Folk Fans will be in for a treat with Lichfield Arts L2F Folk festival happening between Friday October 19th and Sunday 21st.  Many national names, such as Sam Kelly and the Lost Boys, Megson, The Mighty Doonans, Granny’s Attic and The Hut People have already been booked, and Lichfield Arts has a special offer of £50.00 full weekend tickets if music fans book their tickets before February 28th 2018.

Long established in the folk music calendar, L2F attracts national names to play at both Lichfield Cathedral and the Guildhall, as well as offering opportunities for local acts to play for an appreciative audience who like Folk, Roots and Acoustic music in all of its varieties.

Add in a series of workshops, a street procession for many local dance and folk groups through the streets of Lichfield, and a song-writing, competition, there will be plenty to keep you entertained throughout the whole weekend.

L2F Spokesperson Stuart Davies said ‘L2F is rightly established as one of Staffordshire’s best known folk festivals, appealing to fans of all ages and sensibilities. We continue to offer music from leading names and musicians that are just starting to make themselves known, at very affordable prices. We also offer a series of fun workshops, and other activities in the lead up to the festival, all at the unbeatable price of £50.00 for a whole weekend of entertainment’.
